what kinds of cupcakes and treats do you offer?
we cook up small-batch cupcakes, cookies, treats, and gourmet popcorn—crafted with culinary chemistry and a dash of mad sweetness. our rotating flavors and custom creations are like edible experiments straight from the lab.
can i customize my order?
totally! you can mix your variables: choose your flavors, colors, and cupcake designs. give us at least 7 days for the best results—especially if you're testing a new theory like galaxy swirl frosting or molecular sprinkles.
how far in advance should i order?
for custom treats, place your order at least 7 days in advance. large or intricate "dessert experiments" may need more lead time. less than a week? we'll try to fit it in, but there may be a rush fee (time travel not included).
do you cater events?
we sure do! weddings, birthdays, baby showers, research symposiums—we’re down for any celebration. custom displays and dessert table setups available with advance notice. let us be the sweet part of your hypothesis.
do you require a deposit?
affirmative! a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot in the lab.
orders within 7 days require full payment—because last-minute sugar science
needs fast funding!
can i cancel my order?
it depends on your timing:
- 30+ days in advance: partial refund (minus deposit + materials).
- within 7 days: no refund—your lab spot was reserved and ingredients acquired.
- if we cancel due to a lab emergency (equipment failure, meteor strike, etc.), you’ll get a full refund.
do you offer refunds or returns?
nope. once an experiment is baked, it’s final. due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. but if there's a reaction gone wrong, contact us within 24 hours—we might offer a re-do or store credit if verified.
what if i made a mistake in my order?
don't let the data entry ruin your dessert! double-check your form before submitting. edits must be made within 48 hours of order-placement—after that, your order is locked in the petri dish.
do you ship?
only our gourmet popcorn makes the nationwide voyage! it's lab-packed and ships within 1-2 business days. cupcakes are pickup or local delivery only —they're too reactive to survive the postal system.
do you offer delivery?
yes—local delivery is available for select experiments within atlanta. delivery incurs a non-refundable delivery fee based on distance and complexity. want us to set it up at your event? we'll bring the whole lab (for a setup fee).
where and when can i pick up my order?
we'll confirm your scheduled pickup time and location at checkout. once picked up, your treat is YOUR responsibility - handle with care, keep cool, and avoid direct sunlight (that's just good lab practice).
what happens if i don’t pick up my order?
If your experiment isn't collected on time, we'll dispose of it or donate it to prevent spoilage. unfortunately, no refunds or re-tests for missed pickups. respect the clock—it's part of the protocol.
do your products contain allergens?
warning: our lab contains common allergens like milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pecans), coconut, and corn. we clean carefully, but trace particles may still be present. if you're sensitive, proceed with caution—safety goggles not required but recommended.
will my order be photographed?
yes, we love to document our creations like proud lab results! photos may appear on social media or marketing materials (no customer names or faces unless you give permission). smile—your cupcake might be famous.
will i get marketing emails or texts?
only if you opt in. you'll get updates about your order and the occasional promo code. unsubscribe any time—no hard feelings, just a smaller data set.
